MobileXApp (DBAN) — white-label fintech
Built a white-label fintech app from the ground up for a Swiss banking client in a 10-person team. Connected Flutter UI to backend services and shared libraries for device binding, configuration, and theming — so new banking clients could be onboarded without rebuilding the product. Worked in a layered architecture (pages, widgets, atoms, molecules, notifiers, providers) with developers, backend, design, and QA.
Karen — data consolidation white-label app
Led Android and iOS development in a four-person team, turning an existing web app into a cross-platform white-label product that supported three client apps. Set up GitHub Actions CI/CD for all three builds, added Firebase Crashlytics and push notifications, and used Riverpod for state across the variants.
Alfies — warehouse ERP & store app
Led native Android work for a warehouse ERP (250 users) and a general store app (50,000 users). Reduced issues by 25% and lifted Crashlytics stability from 90% to 99% issue-free users. Introduced barcode scanning that improved tracking accuracy by 30% and inventory efficiency by 20%.

Collaborated in a seven-person team on a gym platform for trainers and owners: schedules, facility management, QR check-ins, training calendars, and Amplitude for activity insights.
